Warranty Policy

At Prime Door Malaysia, we are committed to delivering quality products and professional workmanship. Therefore, all products and installation services are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and installation workmanship issues.

Product Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use. However, the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage or misuse.

  • Improper maintenance or cleaning.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, or other external factors.

Installation Warranty

Furthermore, installation workmanship performed by Prime Door Malaysia is covered for a limited period from the installation date. If a workmanship issue arises during the warranty period, we will inspect the issue and, where applicable, provide the necessary rectification.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team.

  2. Provide your invoice or proof of purchase.

  3. Additionally, submit photos or videos showing the issue.

  4. Our team will assess the claim and respond accordingly.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Furthermore, Prime Door Malaysia reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution at its sole discretion.

Premiere Door Enterprise / Warranty Policy

1. Return & Refund Policy

Most of our doors, windows, and related products are custom-made according to customer specifications, measurements, colors, and designs. Therefore, once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered by Premier Door Malaysia.
  • Product received with manufacturing defects.
  • Product received with major transit damage.
  • Product significantly differs from the confirmed order specifications.

To be eligible for a return claim:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Additionally, photos and videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
  • Furthermore, the product must remain uninstalled and in its original condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, drilled, painted, or altered.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or third-party installation.
  • Clearance, promotional, or special-discount items.
  • Products with normal variations in color, grain pattern, texture, or manufacturing tolerances.

4. Installation Services

Installation service charges are non-refundable once installation work has commenced.

However, if any workmanship issue is identified, our team will inspect the installation and provide rectification where applicable under our workmanship warranty.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. First, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Next, provide clear photographs and videos.
  3. Then, our team will assess the issue.
  4. If approved, we may:
  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the affected product or component; or
  • Alternatively, provide an appropriate remedy at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

However, refunds will only cover the affected product value. In addition, delivery, installation, site inspection, dismantling, hacking, modification, or related service charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Prime Door Malaysia.

7. Inspection Before Installation

Customers are strongly advised to inspect all products upon delivery and before installation.

Furthermore, any issues reported after installation may not qualify for return or refund consideration.
