Step 1

Our security doors are built to specified standard dimensions. To mount the door frame properly, chiselling work on the existing wall and floor is required on site.
Please note that our standard pricing does NOT include wall chiselling and structural reinforcement services. Contact us directly for a detailed quotation if you require these additional works.

Step 2

Once your order is confirmed, our installation team will visit your property to carry out the door fitting.

Please ensure the installation area is fully prepared and accessible on the scheduled date. If the site is not ready for installation upon our arrival, an additional return visit fee will apply for a rescheduled appointment.

Step 3

After the door and frame are firmly secured in place, we will perform structural reinforcement for the frame, seal all gaps around the frame, and repair the floor surface at the door opening to ensure a stable, flush and neat fit.

Step 4

The final step includes applying a paint finish to the door frame and all patched surrounding areas. Once the painting work is finished, the entire security door installation is fully complete and ready for use.

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. > Please double-check your item specifications, sizes, and colors before completing your purchase. If you have an urgent change or made an error in your shipping details, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please notify our customer support team at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery date.

Please note that changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the delivery time, as your order will already be loaded or in transit.

What i need prepare before installation?

To ensure a smooth process, your site must meet our protocols and requirements so our team can install the door on your scheduled date.

Important Note: Please ensure the site is fully ready. If our team arrives and the site is not ready for installation, a RM 180 rescheduling fee will be charged for making alternative arrangements.

How long is warranty?

Security Doors & Workmanship: Standard warranties for the door itself and general hardware range from 1 to 3 years (or up to 5 years for certain automated systems).
Accessories & Locks: Digital locks and specialized hardware often come with a 1 year warranty.

What Price for Hacking and Plastering?

The base price for our hacking and plastering service starts at RM800.

The final charge will be determined based on your on-site conditions and the actual scope of work involved.
